Q: My son & I have booked this tour for March 2011..we are thinking of on the last day not to head back to LA on the last day but to take a flight onto Phoenix for another tour. I presume this would be ok if we inform you of our intentions when we finailise out decision even though our tour is already booked?

It's okay if you don't need to head back to LA on last day.Please do send an email with your order number or call us to reconfirm your tour itinerary 1 week prior to your departure date. Because day-to-day tour itinerary is subject to change.

You can stay back at Las Vegas on Day 3. Please leave us a note of this in comment section when making the reservation online. Tour fee remains the same. Basically, tour fee includes the hotel accomadations on the tour and transportation. You can please click on the Pricing column for more details of Package Includes and Excludes.

Q: On the day to the west rim - what time does the bus leave LV and about what time does it return? If we choose to stay in Las Vegas for the day is that a problem? View answers (1) A: |

The bus leaves Las vegas in the morning and returns from the west grand canyon to Las Vegas around 7:00 - 7:30 p.m.
On the 2nd day of this tour, you can stay in Las Vegas and just have a free day in Las Vegas instead of going to the grand canyon west rim. You will not have to pay the admission fee to the west grand canyon if you are not going, however; that day's tip to the bus driver and tour guide must still be paid; even if you are opting not to attend the tour for that day.
You also have to let us know early if you do not wish to go to the west Grand Canyon so we can cancel your lunch and ticket fees for that day. If you did not tell us your wished to opt out of the tour beforehand, and; try to opt out of the tour on the fly; you will have to provide the additional Grand Canyon west fees.
You can tell us you wish to opt out of the tour in the comments section of our tour in the reservation process.
